The service

What construction cleaning is designed to handle.

Construction cleaning closes the gap between the last trade leaving and a space being ready to present. Rough, final, and touch-up phases can be scoped around the project timeline, with methods selected for the installed finishes and the residue actually present.

The complete process

Six clear steps from assessment to closeout.

The exact timing and methods depend on the property, but this sequence keeps expectations aligned.

  1. 01

    Project and phase review

We walk the site with the project contact and review completed trades, finish materials, access, deadlines, and remaining work.

  2. 02

    Cleaning-stage plan

The visit is defined as a rough clean, final clean, or touch-up, and only areas genuinely ready for cleaning are included.

  3. 03

    Loose-debris removal

Agreed non-hazardous light debris and packaging are collected while trade materials and active work remain untouched.

  4. 04

    Detailed dust removal

Reachable fixtures, ledges, cabinets, closets, baseboards, tracks, and finished surfaces are cleaned from top to bottom.

  5. 05

    Residue, glass, and floor care

Removable labels, light adhesive, interior glass, and floors are addressed only with methods appropriate to the installed finish.

  6. 06

    Final walkthrough

Cleaned zones are reviewed against the scope, and areas blocked by active trades, defects, or specialty residue are identified.

Service questions

Before you schedule.

Access, material condition, and requested scope can change the right approach. These answers set a useful starting point.

Only debris explicitly included in the scope. Heavy materials, dumpsters, chemicals, sharp waste, and hazardous material require appropriate trade or disposal services.
